Established in the 1990s by Stephanie and Simon Holthouse, the winery employs traditional methods, including hand-picking and barrel fermentation, to craft wines with distinctive character. Visitors can enjoy a slice of farming history while savoring the flagship sparkling Shiraz. Located 8 kilometers north of Harvey, the winery is easily accessible from the South West Highway.
