Monbeef, established in 1998, is a world-class beef processing plant located in Cooma, New South Wales, at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. The facility sources cattle from the surrounding regions, supplying high-quality beef products to both domestic and international markets, exporting to 26 countries worldwide. In 2011, Monbeef became an accredited Halal processing plant. In 2023, it joined the Bindaree Food Group, enhancing its processing capacity and market reach.
