The Frank Bartlett Memorial Library and Moe Service Centre, located at 1-29 George Street, Moe, VIC 3825, serves as a vibrant community hub, uniting diverse groups and revitalizing the town's civic life. The facility features a public library, council service centre, community meeting and research rooms, consulting suites, games room, newspaper room, study and young adult rooms, public toilets, café, public plaza, and a green roof. Designed by FJMT, the building's two timber-clad volumes cantilever over a landscaped podium, offering unimpeded views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The complex hosts various community events, workshops, and programs, fostering a strong sense of community and connection.
