Mimi's Restaurant at Cooinda Lodge offers a comfortable, air-conditioned indoor dining experience year-round. From April to September, the alfresco Barra Bar opens, providing an outdoor setting adorned with fairy lights. The menu features traditional Indigenous flavors with modern techniques, utilizing locally foraged and sourced ingredients. Dishes include kangaroo and buffalo steaks complemented by native chutneys. The restaurant is named after Mimi spirits from Bininj Dreamtime stories, slender, mystical beings often seen in rock art.
