
Millers Bluff, standing at 1,210 meters, is a prominent peak in Tasmania's Great Western Tiers, forming part of the northern edge of the Central Highlands plateau. This area is renowned for its dolerite columns, deep gorges, and forested escarpments, offering breathtaking views and diverse hiking opportunities. The Great Western Tiers Conservation Area, encompassing Millers Bluff, is a haven for walkers, featuring temperate rainforests, subalpine woodlands, sandstone and dolerite cliffs, as well as numerous lakes and waterfalls. Access to the area is facilitated via Westrope Road, with trailheads starting along this route.
