Menai Men's Shed offers a welcoming environment where men of all ages engage in woodworking, metalworking, cabinet making, lead lighting, glass work, computers, electronics, and 3D printing. Established in 2010, the shed relocated to its current location at 30 Recreation Drive, Barden Ridge, in 2015. Officially opened in July 2017, it has since experienced significant growth, with membership reaching approximately 150 members. The shed emphasizes safety and skill development, providing extensive training on all machines and regular safety and first aid sessions. It operates under the Charter established by the Australian Men's Shed Association, adhering to Equal Employment Opportunity principles. The Menai Men's Shed acknowledges the Dharawal-speaking people, traditional custodians of the land, and pays respect to elders past and present.
