Masonic Temple, Ayr

The Ayr Masonic Temple, constructed in 1935, is a heritage-listed two-storey brick building located at 118–120 Macmillan Street, Ayr. Designed in the Interwar Classical style, it features a prominent temple-front with Doric columns and high-quality materials. The ground floor includes a spacious ballroom, while the upper floor houses an assembly room and lodge room. The temple is adorned with Masonic symbols integrated into its design. It serves as a venue for Masonic functions, dances, public meetings, and community events.
