Marcollat

Marcollat, located in South Australia's Limestone Coast region, is a rural locality approximately 236 kilometers southeast of Adelaide and 45 kilometers north of Kingston SE. Established in December 1998, it encompasses about 408.6 square kilometers. The area is primarily dedicated to primary production, including cattle and sheep grazing, with some barley, safflower, and sunflower cropping. Notable conservation areas within Marcollat include the Desert Camp Conservation Park, Desert Camp Conservation Reserve, and Jip Jip Conservation Park.
