Manly Town Hall, constructed in 1937, stands as a prominent civic landmark at the intersection of The Corso, Gilbert Street, and Belgrave Street in Manly, New South Wales. Designed in the Inter-war Stripped Classical style with Egyptian Revival features by architect Samuel Reginald Maisey, the building has been a central hub for community events and administrative functions. In recent years, the Northern Beaches Council has explored various proposals to repurpose the heritage-listed structure, including transforming it into a multi-use performance and exhibition space. However, due to prohibitive costs, these plans have been shelved for the foreseeable future. Currently, the Town Hall continues to serve as a customer service centre and office space for Council staff.
