Located at 42 High Street, the Festival Office serves as the central hub during the Maldon Folk Festival. Festival-goers can collect pre-purchased wristbands, purchase tickets, and check in with volunteers. An accessible toilet is available on-site, with additional public facilities conveniently located next door. Office hours are Friday from 11 am to 11 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 8 pm; please note that these times may change during the festival. When the office is closed, all functions are carried out at the Merchandise Tent at the Troubadour venue.
