Magill Village

Magill Village, located at 536/552 Magill Road, is a vibrant shopping precinct just 7.5 km from Adelaide's CBD, nestled at the foot of the Adelaide Hills. The area boasts a diverse array of shops, including the Pepper Street Arts Centre, various retail outlets, professional services, hair and beauty salons, medical and dental clinics, and a selection of restaurants and cafes. The revitalised streetscape features new paving, landscaping, public art, and bespoke street furniture, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. Environmental sustainability initiatives include the planting of 68 new trees, water-sensitive urban design features to capture stormwater, electric vehicle charging stations, and planted traffic islands. Parking sensors have been installed to ensure ample on-street and off-street parking is available. The precinct is a collaboration between the City of Burnside and Campbelltown City Council, with support from the State Government, aiming to enhance the area for businesses, residents, and visitors.
