Mafeking Rover Park

Nestled in the Strathbogie Ranges, Mafeking Rover Park spans over 130 hectares of diverse landscapes, including open fields, scrub, and bushland. Approximately 33 km north of Yea, it offers a variety of camping options suitable for all members of the Scouting Movement and the wider community. The park features a 4-tiered abseiling tower, a 9-hole golf course, and Lake Surfmoot, which provides opportunities for canoeing and swimming. Accommodations include bunkhouses, a large hall with a commercial kitchen, and multiple camping sites. The park is also home to a variety of Australian wildlife, such as kangaroos, koalas, and various bird species.
