Carnamah, WA

Located one kilometre east of Carnamah on the Bunjil-Carnamah Road, the Macpherson Homestead is a state heritage-listed stone building constructed in the late 1860s. Once the residence of Duncan and Mary Macpherson, it now stands as a testament to early European settlement in the district. The homestead's grounds are adorned with vintage vehicles and machinery, offering visitors a glimpse into the past. While the grounds are accessible at any time, the main building can be viewed by appointment. Entry is free, with donations appreciated.
