MacMasters Beach, NSW

MacMasters Beach, located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, is a picturesque coastal village nestled between Avoca and Killcare. The area features a one-kilometre-long white sandy beach, with Cockrone Lagoon to the north and Bouddi National Park to the south. The lagoon offers a safe swimming area for children and is ideal for canoeing, while the national park provides kilometers of walking trails with spectacular views, flora, and fauna. The beach is patrolled seven days a week between the October long weekend and Easter. The local Surf Life Saving Club operates a kiosk daily for snacks and offers café-style meals on Friday and Sunday nights. An off-leash dog area is available in the middle of the beach, and the local rock pool provides a safe swimming area for small children and those not keen on the surf. For shopping needs, Copacabana, located at the northern end of MacMasters Beach, offers a variety of shops, including a newsagent, takeaway, and a restaurant. Kincumber, approximately 5 kilometers away, provides additional amenities such as supermarkets, banks, and specialty shops.
