Nestled in the Macedon Ranges, Lyons Will Estate is an 18-acre boutique winery dedicated to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. Established by winemakers Ollie Rapson and Renata Morello, the estate specializes in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Riesling, all cultivated with sustainable practices. The cellar door, open every weekend from 11 am to 5 pm, offers seated wine tastings and local produce platters in an intimate courtyard surrounded by vines. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended due to limited seating.
