Lookout

The Cape Raoul Lookout, situated at the end of Stormlea Road on Tasmania's Tasman Peninsula, offers a 4.4-kilometre return walk through eucalypt forests and coastal heathland. This well-maintained trail leads to a high vantage point with breathtaking views of Cape Raoul's towering dolerite cliffs and the deep blue Tasman Sea. Along the way, hikers may encounter diverse birdlife and, with luck, spot seals basking on the rocks below. The track is accessible year-round, with parking, a shoe washing station, and public toilets available at the trailhead.
