Established in 1921, Lodge Allan Stuart 416 has been a cornerstone of the Geurie community for over a century. The lodge was named in honor of Corporal Allan Stuart, a World War I hero who fell at the Battle of Polygon Wood in 1917. Over the years, it has welcomed 438 members from diverse professions, including shire presidents, bank clerks, railway employees, police officers, publicans, farmers, store proprietors, and ministers. The lodge is dedicated to charity, supporting numerous local organizations and causes, such as the Geurie Lions' 'Need for Feed' campaign.
