Nestled between the oldest olive grove and the Nepean Bay waterfront, Little Liguria Homestead offers a unique farmstay experience on Kangaroo Island. The recently renovated octagonal homestead, constructed from locally sourced materials, provides complete privacy while being centrally located within walking distance of the olive groves, beach, horse stables, lagoon, and nature trails. Accommodating up to six guests in four bedrooms, the homestead features a fully equipped kitchen, open lounge, dining room, and a large outdoor area with secure fencing. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a 60" smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, indoor fireplace, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A 4WD is recommended for beach access, though a short walk is also possible.
