Lilyvale

Lilyvale is a rural locality in Queensland's Central Highlands Region, covering an area of 682.8 square kilometers. As of the 2021 census, it has a population of 58 residents. The area is predominantly rural, with 98.19% designated as Rural and 0.43% as Community Facilities. The average age of residents is 32, and separate houses are the most common dwelling type. Lilyvale is situated approximately 48.7 kilometers southwest of Middlemount and 50.1 kilometers east of Capella. The nearest government primary schools are Tieri State School in Tieri and Capella State School in Capella, while secondary education is available at Capella State High School and Middlemount Community School. The locality is also home to the Lilyvale Stand Monument, a heritage-listed memorial constructed in 1998 to commemorate a significant industrial dispute in the region's history.
