Lawn Hill Gorge Camping Area, Boodjamulla National Park (Aboriginal Land)

Nestled along the banks of Lawn Hill Creek within Boodjamulla National Park, the Lawn Hill Gorge Camping Area offers a serene retreat amidst lush gorges and sandstone cliffs. Accessible by conventional vehicles from May to October, the site accommodates tents and camper trailers up to 12 meters in length. Amenities include flush toilets, cold showers, and non-drinking water. Open fires are prohibited; fuel or gas stoves are permitted. Mobile coverage is intermittent along Gregory Road; a public telephone is available at Adel’s Grove, 10 km from the park.
