Laurel Bank Park

Laurel Bank Park, located at 50 Hill Street in Toowoomba, Queensland, is a 4.5-hectare heritage-listed park renowned for its meticulously manicured gardens and diverse collection of exotic trees. The park features a scented garden designed for the visually impaired, a children's playground, picnic areas, and two croquet lawns. It is particularly celebrated during the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers each spring, when over 70,000 annuals and 11,000 bulbs bloom, creating vibrant floral displays. The park's rich history dates back to 1932 when it was donated to the city by Samuel George Stephens, known as 'the man of flowers.'
