Lashmar Conservation Park

Lashmar Conservation Park, situated on the north coast of Dudley Peninsula on Kangaroo Island, offers a serene retreat for nature enthusiasts. The park features the tranquil Chapman River, ideal for canoeing, and adjoins the long sandy beach at Antechamber Bay, perfect for swimming and fishing. Birdwatchers can enjoy observing various species in their natural habitat. The park provides two campgrounds: Antechamber Bay Campground, offering sea views and facilities like flush toilets and picnic tables, and Chapman River Campground, suitable for tents, camper trailers, and caravans, with amenities including picnic shelters and gas barbecues. Dogs are permitted on a lead in the Chapman River Campground. Access is via Creek Bay Road and Cape Willoughby Road; visitors are advised to exercise caution on unsealed roads.
