Landaire

Landaire, a family-owned label by David and Carolyn Brown, produces single-vineyard, hand-crafted wines that reflect the unique terroir of Padthaway. Their Glendon Vineyard yields small parcels of grapes, which are carefully selected to create wines under their own label. The winery is housed in the heritage-listed Padthaway Estate, purchased in 2017 and since restored. Visitors can taste Landaire wines and a grazing platter at the 1850s The Stables Cellar Door. Accommodation is available in the original 1901 Shearers Quarters and 1847 Lawson Cottage. The estate offers an unforgettable setting for weddings and special events, surrounded by lush vineyards and towering gum trees. Padthaway Estate is a 40-minute drive from Naracoorte, a 3-hour drive to Adelaide, and a 5.5-hour drive to Melbourne.
