Lake Wollumboola is a 648-hectare coastal lagoon in New South Wales, Australia, situated south of Culburra Beach and north of Jervis Bay. Part of Jervis Bay National Park, it is separated from the ocean by a 100-meter-wide berm that breaches when the lake's water level exceeds 2.5 meters above mean sea level. The lake supports over 100 bird species, including migratory shorebirds like the Little Tern, Bar-tailed Godwit, and Curlew Sandpiper, especially during low water levels. Visitors can enjoy birdwatching, walking tracks, and picnic areas, with access via Greenbank Grove and Wollumboola Lane.
