
Lake Centenary, located just north of Temora, is a 55-hectare man-made lake offering a variety of aquatic activities, including power boating, water skiing, sailing, canoeing, paddle boating, and swimming. The surrounding precinct features a playground, self-weighted gym equipment, and landscaped picnic areas with free barbecue facilities, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings. A 2.7 km walking and cycling track encircles the lake, providing scenic views and recreational opportunities. Access to the boat ramp requires an access card, available for purchase at the Caltex Service Station on Hoskins Street. Please note that there is a no-glass policy in place, and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the precinct.
