Lake Bolac Foreshore Camp Reserve offers a serene camping experience along the 27-kilometer shoreline of Lake Bolac, a 1,460-hectare freshwater lake. Camping is permitted on most accessible foreshore areas, with toilet facilities at North, East, South, and Main Beaches. Hot showers are available at Picnic Point for a fee of $5 for 5 minutes; tokens can be purchased from the Lake Bolac Diner and Café or the Lake Bolac Information Centre. While camping is free, a suggested donation of $10 per vehicle per night supports the upkeep of the area.
