
La Piadina, established in 2008 by brothers Damiano and Fausto Zizioli from Brescia, brings the authentic taste of Northern Italy to Bondi Beach. Specializing in traditional piadina—a flatbread from the Emilia Romagna region—each creation is made fresh daily with mixed flours, extra virgin olive oil, and Himalayan salt. The menu features a variety of fillings, including pancetta, provolone, and baby spinach, all served on custom-made wooden boards. Beyond piadinas, La Piadina offers a selection of pasta supplies and is renowned for its exceptional coffee.
