Koolyangarra Aboriginal Child & Family Centre, known as "Kooly," serves as a vibrant hub for Aboriginal programs and outreach services in the Penrith area. Operated by Nepean Community & Neighbourhood Services (NCNS), it offers a diverse range of activities, including playgroups, women's and men's groups, carer support, art groups, family support, sports and recreation, young men's mentoring, parenting workshops, young mums group, boxing academy, and cultural programs. The centre is staffed by Aboriginal workers and is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Services are free of charge and accessible to local Aboriginal families without the need for referrals.
