Nestled at the entrance of the serene Sherbrooke Forest in Belgrave, Killik Handcrafted Rum offers a unique experience for rum enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. As Australia's first hogo rum distillery, Killik specializes in wild-fermented rums with complex, fruity flavors reminiscent of tropical fruits and over-ripe bananas. The distillery's welcoming atmosphere features a café serving coffee and a bar offering a selection of local beers and cocktails. Guests can enjoy a meal crafted by the in-house chef, with options like cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, and sweet potato fries. Located at 64-68 Monbulk Road, Belgrave, the distillery is open Wednesday to Friday from 5pm to 10pm, Saturday from 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 12:30pm to 10pm. Please note, the kitchen closes between 3pm and 4pm on weekends.
