Located at 2 Geoffrey Debenham Street, Kempsey, NSW 2440, the Kempsey Neighbourhood Centre Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening local communities through social justice and empowerment. Established in 1984, it offers a range of support services to residents of the Macleay Valley and Mid North Coast, focusing on those who are most disadvantaged and vulnerable.
