Kempsey Library, located at the Civic Centre on the corner of Elbow and Tozer Streets in West Kempsey, offers a welcoming environment for all visitors. The library provides a range of services, including access to an extensive collection of books, e-books, and online resources. Regular events such as Storytime sessions for children aged 3 to 6 years and Baby Bounce for children aged 0 to 3 years are held in the Koala Cottage. The library is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 12 noon.
