Katarapko Campsite 45, Murray River National Park

Katarapko Campsite 45, nestled within the Murray River National Park, offers a secluded camping experience along the serene Murray River, Eckerts Creek, and Katarapko Creek. This campsite provides ample shade and direct access to the waterways, making it ideal for canoeing and fishing enthusiasts. Visitors can explore the Ngak Indau Wetland Trail, Craggs Hut Walk, and Kai Kai Nature Trail to immerse themselves in the park's rich natural and cultural history. The area is accessible by both 4WD and 2WD vehicles in dry conditions and accommodates tents, camper trailers, and caravans. Facilities include long-drop toilets, and campfires are permitted outside the fire danger season. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the camping areas.
