
Kapunda CFS, established in 1942, is a dedicated volunteer fire station located at 106 Main Street, Kapunda, South Australia. Serving the Light Regional Council area, the station operates under the South Australian Country Fire Service (SACFS). The station is equipped with modern firefighting vehicles, including a 4WD, 3,000-litre light pumper and a 4WD, 4,000-litre general-purpose appliance, both featuring advanced equipment such as thermal imaging cameras and quick-cut saws. Training sessions are held every Monday at 7:30 pm, welcoming new volunteers to join the team.
