Kanyaka Station, established in 1852 by Hugh Proby, was once a thriving cattle and sheep station in South Australia's Flinders Ranges. The station's expansive stone ruins, including the homestead, woolshed, and cemetery, offer a glimpse into its storied past. Notably, the woolshed was among the largest in the state, accommodating 24 shearers. The site is accessible via the Flinders Ranges Way, approximately 40 km north-northeast of Quorn, and is listed on the South Australian Heritage Register.
