The Kangarutha Walking Track in Bournda National Park offers a challenging 9 km coastal hike with stunning ocean vistas, secluded beaches, and diverse coastal vegetation. Along the way, enjoy picnicking, swimming, and birdwatching opportunities. From October to November, migrating whales are often spotted, and yellow-tailed and glossy black cockatoos are commonly seen year-round. Access points include Kianinny Bay, White Rock Road, and Turingal Head carpark, allowing for shorter sections of the track. The track is open daily; however, night walking is not recommended due to uneven terrain and proximity to cliffs.
