Kangaroo Island Marron offers fresh, ethically farmed marron and yabbies directly from their farm gate in Seddon, South Australia. Their marron are purged for 48 hours to ensure optimal quality, then placed into hibernation at 11°C for live transportation. Available in small, medium, and large sizes, they are sold at $80, $100, and $120 per kilogram, respectively. Customers are encouraged to call ahead to ensure availability and to arrange pickup.
