Central to Kaltjiti is the Fregon Anangu School, offering education from Reception to Year 12, and the Kaltjiti Arts and Crafts Centre, where local artists create and showcase traditional artworks. The community also features a health clinic, a general store, and recreational facilities, including an Australian Rules Football field and a basketball court with night lights. Visitors are required to obtain a permit to enter the APY Lands, as they are freehold lands owned by the Aboriginal people.
