Kalkadoon Community

Kalkadoon Community, located at 109 Barkly Highway in Soldiers Hill, Queensland, serves as the administrative hub for the Kalkadoon Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC. Established in 2011, the corporation represents Traditional Owners from the Kalkadoon Nation family clans, overseeing 38,719 square kilometers of land and waters in the Mount Isa region. The office coordinates various services, including resource management, land management, cultural heritage preservation, and mapping. It also facilitates membership applications and provides community support, aiming to foster economic, social, and community development for Traditional Owners.
