Josephine Falls Car Park

Located 75 km south of Cairns in Wooroonooran National Park, the Josephine Falls Car Park serves as the gateway to the picturesque Josephine Falls. From here, a 1.2 km return walking track winds through lush rainforest, leading to viewing platforms that offer stunning vistas of the multi-tiered waterfall cascading over granite boulders. The area features picnic tables, a sheltered shelter, and wheelchair-accessible facilities, including toilets and a viewing platform. Visitors can enjoy swimming in the bottom pool and natural waterslide, but should exercise caution due to rapidly changing water conditions. Access to the top section of the falls is prohibited for safety reasons.
