Jerusalem Creek Campground 1

Nestled among tall eucalypt trees on the southern edge of Lake Eildon, Jerusalem Creek Campground 1 offers a serene retreat for nature enthusiasts. This dog-friendly campground features eight separate camping areas, each equipped with a firepit and pit toilet. Campsites are numbered and require advance booking, accommodating up to six people per site. The campground is open year-round, providing access to a boat ramp for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and boating. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy abundant Rainbow and Brown Trout, with occasional Murray Cod sightings. Hiking trails, such as the Pinnacle Trail, offer impressive views over the lake and surrounding foothills. Wildlife sightings include kangaroos, Laughing Kookaburras, Crimson Rosellas, King Parrots, and Gang Gang Cockatoos. Please note that Jerusalem Creek Campground 1 is a basic campground without powered sites or hot showers.
