JCU Halls of Residence - Rotary International House

Rotary International House offers purpose-built student accommodation on James Cook University's Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville. Comprising six buildings with 18 apartments, each featuring 2, 6, or 7 bedrooms, the residence provides individual rooms equipped with split-system air conditioning, shared kitchens, and bathrooms. Common areas include fully furnished living spaces with sofas, dining tables, chairs, fans, and balconies. Each bedroom is furnished with a king single bed, large wardrobe, and hand wash basin. The property boasts a community garden offering fresh produce accessible to all students. Residents are encouraged to participate in diverse social activities and sporting competitions organized by UniLodge staff. In 2025, Rotary International House achieved NPAS accreditation, ensuring compliance with industry standards for student accommodation.
