Established in 1975 by Ron and Elva Laughton, the vineyard comprises two main sites: Emily's Paddock and Georgia's Paddock, both planted on ancient Cambrian soils. The estate produces a range of wines, including Shiraz, Riesling, Nebbiolo, Fiano, and Semillon, all crafted with minimal intervention to showcase the unique terroir. Visitors can experience tastings by appointment, with new vintages released annually on the last full weekend of August.
