Approximately 7 km west of Hawker, Jarvis Hill Lookout offers panoramic views of the Hawker township and the surrounding ranges. The 260-meter uphill walk to the lookout provides vistas of the Worumba Hills to the east, Wilpena Pound, Elder Range, and Wonoka Hill to the north, and the Yourambulla Range to the south. The trail is part of the Heysen Trail and is well-marked, with some gently steep sections. The road to the car park is unsealed and unsuitable for towing caravans; it is not recommended when wet due to clay content.
