Hopetoun Fire Station

The Hopetoun Fire Station, located at 148 Lascelles Street, serves as a vital hub for the local community, offering a central base for the brigade and functioning as the Southern Mallee Group's headquarters and local command facility. The station is equipped to manage level 1 and 2 incidents and provide support for larger emergencies. Designed with the future in mind, it accommodates newer, larger vehicles and includes three bays, a multi-purpose room with a kitchen, office space, washing facilities, turnout rooms, a workshop, a BA maintenance room, and ample parking. The facility also serves as a community hub, with the meeting room and kitchen available for local organizations to use for meetings and events, strengthening the brigade's relationship with the community.
