Established in 1989, the Hopetoun Community Resource Centre (CRC) is a community-owned facility dedicated to enhancing the economic, social, and cultural development of Hopetoun. It offers a range of services, including access to local, state, and federal government information, office supplies, and a variety of training courses. The centre features a large training room equipped with PC stations, a projector, interactive whiteboard, and secure video conferencing facilities. Additionally, the Hopetoun Public Library, located within the CRC, boasts over 3,500 books and a dedicated children's area. The centre also hosts the Hopetoun Youth & Art Space, providing a dedicated area for youth activities and artistic expression.
