Located within Holmesglen's Glen Waverley campus, Zest Restaurant is a student-run establishment offering a seasonal menu of modern Australian cuisine. Open during school terms, it provides a unique dining experience for both individual and group bookings, as well as specialty and regional dinners throughout the year. The fully licensed venue boasts a diverse selection of wines, beers, spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and mocktails at reasonable prices.
