Hollick Estates (Winery and Cellar Door)

Hollick Estates, established in 1983, is a boutique winery situated on the renowned terra rossa soils of Coonawarra. The estate comprises three vineyards: Neilson’s Block, Wilgha, and Red Ridge in Wrattonbully, collectively spanning over 85 hectares. Hollick produces a diverse range of wines, including classic varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Chardonnay, as well as alternative varietals such as Tempranillo, Sangiovese, and Barbera. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings at the charming cellar door, housed in a heritage-listed stone cottage, and dine at the 'Upstairs at Hollick' restaurant, which offers panoramic views of the vineyards. The winery has received numerous accolades, including a Gold medal for the 2022 Gondolier Barbera at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show.
