Established in 1971, Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard is nestled in the high-elevation hills of Clarendon, South Australia, within the McLaren Vale region. The 186-hectare property, featuring terraced plantings that trace the contours of the undulating terrain, has been farmed according to organic and biodynamic practices since 2019. The vineyard produces a range of wines, including Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Cabernet Shiraz blend, all crafted from the oldest plantings. The cooling breezes from the hills and coast lend a desirable freshness to the wines.
