Nestled in the picturesque Orange region, Heifer Station Wines offers a unique wine-tasting experience in a historic 100-year-old woolshed. The vineyard spans 65 acres of red loam soils over limestone, rising to an altitude of 900 metres, providing a near-perfect balance of elevation and sunshine for growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Merlot, and Shiraz. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, cheese plates, and explore the grounds featuring farmyard animals, a handball court, sandpit, and bocce. The cellar door is open Wednesday to Sunday, welcoming guests of all ages.
