The menu, crafted by Chef Riki Day, features dishes that blend traditional flavors with modern twists, utilizing home-grown produce. Guests can enjoy a variety of seating options, including the raised Chef’s Dining area, the Chef’s Dining Room, and casual walk-in spaces. The bar serves cocktails inspired by Old Shanghai and Singapore, complemented by regional wines and beers. Operating hours are Monday to Wednesday from 4:00 pm till late, and Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 am till close. Reservations are available for the Chef’s Dining areas, while the rest of the space operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
